submitting the final draft of this international business expansion plan for
review by your instructor. Take the feedback into consideration from your
instructor and colleagues that you received last week, and make any additions
or deletions as you deem necessary.

Code of conduct is defined as the rules and regulations set to be followed in an
organization or any institution. The code of conduct outlines the social norms and it indicates the
moral norms. Code of conduct is important because it provides clear instructions to the type of
behavior that is required and its deemed responsible behavior (Team, 2014).
Purpose
This code of conduct indicates the expectations required and the appropriate behavior. It
also indicates the penalty given for those with inappropriate behavior.
Expected behavior
The following are the expected behavior that everybody is expected to be doing. These
behaviors include;
Individuals should avoid discriminating and harassing others. These harassment includes
behavioral or in their speech.
Individuals should be active in their participation.
Respect to be adhered to and individuals should be considerate and mutual in all their doings
(Island, 2011).
Unaccepted behavior
The following are the unaccepted behavior;
Harassing and discriminating others based on their gender, color, disability or religion.

Acting in an offensive and conducting in a behavior that is insulting.
Deliberate threats, constant disturbances of talks and undesirable sexual attention. Inappropriate
physical contact is also unacceptable (Sprankle, Hubbard, Chatterjee, & Joshi, 2012).
Measures taken against inappropriate behaviors
When someone is found guilty of doing the above unacceptable behaviors, he/she will
face the consequences. Therefore if someone is found and asked to stop the unacceptable
behavior, he/ she are expected to comply (Team, 2014.
If they are warned but persist on doing the outlined inappropriate behavior, they may be
suspended or expelled from participation.
If anyone is a victim of the unacceptable behavior, they are required to report it immediately. If
you also are a witness to the unacceptable behavior, you are also advised to report the matter
immediately to the relevant authority.
Scope
All the relevant participants are expected to abide to the following code of conduct. This
code of conduct outline is equally applicable to all the stakeholders. Those who will not abide to
the stated outline will face the consequences (Island, 2011).
Therefore in conclusion, all the individuals are expected to be accountable for their actions.
